Who Are We?
What started as a concept of an international franchise network in 1996 became reality for Australian couple Wilson & Suzanne McOrist in 1997. Their vision was a franchise model for IT support for small businesses & homeowners, specialising in on-site work. Basically we repair computers in Canberra, but really there is a lot more.
   This is a case where the actual growth far outstripped the couple's vision. "Possibly 3 to 4 new franchises to start each year" Wilson & Suzanne envisaged. But instead the business has grown at a rate of about 50 franchises each year.

Where Are We?
Globally C.T is located in about 22 countries & is comprised of about 480 franchises. Here in Australia there are franchises in every state & territory and there are 80 franchises in operation.

According to the 2005 "Entrepreneur" magazine very well indeed. C.T was named the top technical support business franchise company in 2005. The ranking is an annual one encompassing 500 business franchises.
